To address potential user concerns, we have included some helpful troubleshooting information:

If the safety cap cannot be opened after use, it is likely because the steam has not been fully released. In this case, unplug the device, invert it, and press down to release the remaining steam before opening the lid.

If the steam cleaner is not pressurizing enough, check that the safety cap is tightened properly. We do not recommend using the steam cleaner without the cap securely fastened, as this could result in burns.

Additionally, if the steam cleaner experiences air leaks after installing the accessories, simply press the "ON/OFF" button once, and the issue should be resolved, allowing you to continue cleaning effectively.
